20th Anniversary Doheny Blues Festival

Set on the coast of one of Southern California's most popular harbor towns, Dana Point, CA, the Doheny Blues festival has been jamming out every year since 1998. The Doheny Blues Festival has become one of the nations top blues music festivals, known for the incredible artist lineups and of course being right on the beach. The Doheny Blues Festival is one historic event that offers music and fun for everyone!

The Book:

Omega Events, the founders of the Doheny Blues Festival, came to me in need of art direction and design for their 20th Anniversary Doheny Blues Commemorative Program. This wasn’t just your ordinary event program, it was for the 20th Anniversary, but also for the newly developed Doheny Blues Foundation. This non-profit foundation will help promote awareness of blues music and educate people about it's rich history and cultural impact. With this project I wanted to combine history with a modern twist and to showcase all the great artist over the years. I was very honored to be a part of this project and can’t thank Omega enough for the opportunity to travel through the 20 years of the historic blues festival.
